Terms of Service

Introduction

SorinoTip is a digital tipping platform owned and operated by Sorino, designed to facilitate financial support for content creators through online donations. By accessing or using SorinoTip, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. SorinoTip is not a bank, financial institution, or investment platform. It acts only as an intermediary between supporters and content creators. Any misuse of the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility

SorinoTip services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to comply with these Terms of Service. Anyone previously banned from the platform may not create a new account. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Accounts

To use SorinoTip, you must create a valid and complete user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other identifying information. You must not share your login information with anyone else. All activity that occurs under your account is your full responsibility, including any financial transactions or unauthorized usage. In case of lost or stolen account credentials, you must notify customer support immediately.

Payments

You can send donations (paid messages) through SorinoTip using available payment methods such as CCP and CIP. The platform reserves the right to modify payment methods or impose limits on the number of transactions at any time. When sending paid messages, the recipient is not required to accept or acknowledge them. Users acknowledge that any payments made via their card are owned by them and authorize SorinoTip to collect the full amount. All fees are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or adjusted after payment.

Withdrawals

You can transfer funds from your account balance once all correct bank account information is entered in your SorinoTip account. Funds from paid messages are available for transfer only via bank accounts. You must provide any required form of identification to complete a withdrawal request and pay any associated withdrawal fees. If bank account information or country of issue is incorrect, your withdrawal may be delayed or your account may be deleted, and you must contact customer support immediately.

Rules

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service or use the service or access the service or any contacts on the platform's website. Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination of access to services without prior notice.

Content Creators

Content creators are responsible for managing and receiving paid messages. The platform reserves the right to modify fees or impose account restrictions at any time. Content creators must provide valid personal and banking information to complete withdrawals. They are responsible for any disputes or chargebacks after receiving paid messages. Account credentials must remain confidential and must not be used by any third party; any damages or losses resulting from misuse are the responsibility of the content creators.

Refund & Transaction Policy

All paid messages on SorinoTip are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a tip or paid message is sent, the amount is collected immediately and cannot be reversed. For withdrawals, users must provide correct bank account information and any required identification to complete the transaction. Any errors in account information or country may result in delays or withholding of funds.
